1. General

By visiting or booking through mitchtolnay.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Bookings & Deposits

To secure a performance date, a non-refundable deposit (usually 25%) is required. A deposit is taken to secure your booking date and cover the time, preparation, and administrative work that begins well before your event.
The remaining balance is due two days before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your booking, your deposit will be forfeited. In the unlikely event that Mitch Tolnay must cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, all payments (including deposits) will be refunded in full, or a suitable replacement performer will be offered where possible.

4. Performance Requirements

Please ensure that access to the venue, suitable power supply, and protection from weather (for outdoor events) are provided. Any specific setup requirements will be discussed prior to the event.

5. Travel & Accommodation

For events outside the Illawarra / South Coast area, additional travel or accommodation costs may apply. These will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

6. Media & Promotion

By booking, you consent to the possibility of photos or short video clips being taken during the event and used for promotional purposes on Mitch Tolnay’s website and social media, unless you request otherwise in writing prior to the event.

7. Liability

While all reasonable care is taken to ensure professional conduct and reliable service, Mitch Tolnay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from performance or event conditions beyond his control.
